LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate pricing

LinkedIn publishes no price for Recruiter Corporate. It is quoted per seat on an annual contract, and we are not going to invent a number — the figures circulating elsewhere disagree with each other by more than double and cite nothing. What this page gives you instead is the floor any quote has to sit above, a way to sanity-check the one you are given, and what to have ready before the call.

The honest answer first

Why this page has no price on it

LinkedIn genuinely does not publish one

Not on the talent-solutions pages, not in the help centre, and there is no self-serve checkout for it. Every LinkedIn tier with a published price is on what LinkedIn costs; this one is not among them.

The circulating figures disagree by 2×

Guides quoting Recruiter Corporate cite numbers that contradict one another and name no source. Rounded figures that disagree are not a price — they are several people repeating each other.

There is no single number to publish

Priced per seat block, per term, and often bundled with job slots or employer branding. Two companies buying the same seat count pay differently.

What we can give you is the floor

Corporate is a superset of Lite sold annually, so $1,680 per seat per year is the number below which a quote would make no commercial sense. Build the case from there.

Two plans — Sales Navigator Advanced Plus and Recruiter Corporate — carry no published list price. LinkedIn quotes them per seat block through a representative. This site marks them quote-only rather than printing a number it cannot source.

What the tier adds

Six differences from Recruiter Lite, and why each matters

The first row is the one most teams are really buying, and it is the only one with no workaround at any price below it.

FeatureLite ($170)Corporate (quote)Why it matters
Search scopeYour own network onlyThe entire LinkedIn networkThe reason most teams move up. Lite is the only paid LinkedIn plan that cannot search the whole platform, and no amount of filtering works around it.
InMail credits / month301505× the allowance. This is the number to divide a quote by when judging whether it is fair.
Recruiting filters20+40+Adds spotlights such as engaged-with-your-company and past-applicant, which are the filters that actually shorten a search.
ATS integrationTwo-way sync with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and others. For a team already running an ATS this is often the whole business case.
Shared pipelines and projectsSeveral recruiters working one requisition without duplicating outreach to the same candidate. Worth nothing on one seat, essential on five.
Reporting and adminMinimalUsage, funnel and seat reportingThe evidence you need at renewal — including which seats went unused, which is your main negotiating lever.
Judging the quote

Divide it by 150

The credit allowance is published even though the price is not, which gives you a cross-check nobody in the sales conversation expects you to have.

The benchmark range

Across LinkedIn's published plans a credit runs from $2.40 on Sales Navigator Core to $8 on Premium Career, with Recruiter Lite at $5.67 — the full ladder is on what an InMail costs.

The arithmetic

Take the monthly per-seat quote and divide by 150. A figure inside that range means the quote is priced consistently with the rest of LinkedIn's catalogue.

What it does not prove

Credits are not the only thing you are buying — network-wide search and ATS sync have real value that this test ignores. Treat it as a sanity check, not a valuation.

Why it still helps

It converts “is this expensive?” into a number you can say out loud, and an anchored buyer negotiates better than an unanchored one.

Before the call

Four numbers to have ready

A LinkedIn quote is shaped by what you tell the representative. Settling these beforehand is what stops the first quote becoming the anchor.

1. Your Recruiter Lite baseline

Seats × $1,680 a year. For five recruiters that is $8,400; for ten, $16,800. Every Corporate quote is a premium over this, and you should know it before you hear theirs.

2. Which constraint you are actually buying out of

Network-limited search, or duplicated outreach across recruiters? Naming it keeps the conversation on the thing only Corporate fixes rather than on a feature tour.

3. Your real seat count, including dormant ones

Seat blocks are the unit of pricing, and unused seats are your strongest lever at renewal. LinkedIn can see the usage data too, so bring it first.

4. Your renewal or start date

Enterprise quotes move at quarter and year end. A contract that can wait a quarter is a contract with leverage.

The reality check

Many teams asking this question want Recruiter Lite

You want candidate pipelines

Recruiter Lite already has them, at a published $170 a month.

You want recruiting filters

Lite has 20+ including “open to work”. Corporate has more, but the marginal ones are spotlights rather than new capability.

You want to reach candidates outside your network

This is the one. Lite cannot, at any price, and it is the single most common honest reason to move up.

You want more InMail

Corporate does grant 150 against Lite's 30 — but check Sales Navigator Core first, which gives 50 for a published $119.99.

Recruiter Corporate FAQ

The questions, answered without a made-up number

How much does LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate cost?

LinkedIn does not publish a price for Recruiter Corporate anywhere — not on the talent-solutions pages, not in the help centre, and there is no self-serve purchase flow for it. It is quoted per seat on an annual contract by a LinkedIn representative, and the quote varies with seat count, term, region and what else you buy from LinkedIn. This site does not print a figure, because any figure would be a guess: the numbers circulating in other guides disagree with each other by more than a factor of two and none of them cites a source.

Is there a floor on what Recruiter Corporate can cost?

Yes, and it is the most useful number available. Recruiter Corporate is a superset of Recruiter Lite sold on an annual contract, and Lite is published at $1,680 per seat per year ($140 a month effective). A per-seat quote below that would mean LinkedIn selling its enterprise tier under its own self-serve one. Use $1,680 per seat per year as the floor when you build the business case and treat everything above it as the negotiable part.

How can I tell whether a Recruiter Corporate quote is reasonable?

Divide it by the credits. Corporate grants 150 InMail credits a month, which is published. Cost per credit across the rest of LinkedIn runs from $2.40 on Sales Navigator Core to $8 on Premium Career, and Recruiter Lite sits at $5.67. A quote whose per-credit figure lands inside that range is priced consistently with the rest of LinkedIn's catalogue; one far above it is worth questioning out loud, because you now have a comparison the sales conversation does not expect.

Why does LinkedIn not publish Recruiter Corporate pricing?

Because there is no single number to publish. It is sold with a seat minimum, an annual term and frequently alongside other LinkedIn contracts — job slots, Learning, employer branding — and LinkedIn prices the bundle rather than the seat. That is normal for enterprise software. What is not normal is the number of pricing guides that print a confident figure anyway.

What is the minimum seat count for Recruiter Corporate?

LinkedIn does not publish one and it is not fixed. In practice the conversation starts around the size at which a company has a dedicated talent function. If you are buying one or two seats, Recruiter Lite is almost certainly the product — and if the problem is that Lite cannot search beyond your network, that is worth saying explicitly on the call, because it is the one thing only Corporate fixes.

Should I ask for a Recruiter Corporate quote?

Ask if you can name the constraint. Two reasons genuinely justify it: your candidates sit outside your own network, which Lite cannot reach at any price, or several recruiters work the same requisitions and are duplicating outreach. If your reason is "we want the better Recruiter", the quote will not change what you can do — Lite already has the pipelines and the recruiting filters.

Where to next

Know your Lite baseline before the quote call

Recruiter Corporate is a premium over $1,680 per seat per year. Work out what your seat count costs on the published tier first — it is the only number in that conversation you control.
