Terms of use

These terms cover everything this site does: publishing dated LinkedIn price information, distributing an open pricing dataset, and giving away AI resources. All of it is free to read, download and cite. Nothing here requires an account, a payment or a subscription, and nothing here is for sale.

1. Who we are

Linkediz Inc.. Contact: info@linkediz.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter are their trademarks and are used here only to identify the products being priced.

2. What the published figures are, and are not

• Every price we publish is LinkedIn's own US list price in USD, excluding tax, read from the live purchase or billing flow, and stamped with the date it was last checked.
• LinkedIn changes list prices, tier contents and limits without notice, and shows different figures by country and currency. A figure here is correct as at its stamp and may be wrong the day after it. Confirm in your own billing page before you commit to a plan, and especially before you prepay a year.
• Where LinkedIn quotes a product individually rather than publishing a price, we mark it as quote-only. We do not estimate a number to fill the column.
• Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or procurement advice, and none of it is a commitment on LinkedIn's behalf about what your account will be allowed to do.
• Third-party tool prices are the vendors' own published rates. We take no commission and carry no affiliate links, so nothing about the ordering of those tables is for sale.

3. Corrections

If a figure does not match what you are being charged, tell us at info@linkediz.com or through contact. We re-check it, correct the page and move its verification date forward. Corrections are made on the page itself rather than quietly. We do not pay for reports and we do not take payment to change, delay or remove a figure.

4. Setups

Linkediz sells setups: access to ready LinkedIn profiles, activation of Sales Navigator or Premium seats, prompt sets and, where ordered, an operator from our team who runs the setup from a brief the buyer approves. Each is priced on its own page under Setups and billed monthly. An order placed on this site is confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. A setup is delivered within 24 hours of payment and can be stopped at the end of any paid month.

A setup provides capacity and tools, not an outcome: no number of meetings, replies or hires is promised. Using a profile that belongs to someone else is against LinkedIn's User Agreement and carries a real risk of restriction. If a ready profile is restricted we send it for re-verification and replace it if it cannot be restored. Seats are activated on our team contract and are reassigned when payment stops.

The published price information, the open pricing dataset and the AI resources on this site remain free and require no account or payment.

5. Confidentiality and data

Each side protects the other's confidential information with the care it uses for its own. Personal data is handled under our privacy notice.

6. Site content and intellectual property

The tables, notes, wording and code on this site belong to Linkediz Inc. or its licensors. You may quote a figure with a link back to the page it came from — that is what a reference is for. Republishing a page's tables wholesale, or scraping the site to rebuild them elsewhere, is not permitted. The pricing dataset is the exception, and the next section sets out the licence it is published under.

7. The datasets

The datasets published at data — the pricing dataset and the MCP server and AI tool directories — are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, redistribute and adapt them, including commercially and inside a product, on the licence's condition: credit Linkediz with a link to linkediz.com wherever the figures appear, and say if you changed them. We also ask, without making it a condition, that a republished figure keep the date it was checked, because a price without its date is the problem this site exists to fix.

The licence covers the published files, not the pages. Section 6 still governs the site itself, and the files exist so that nobody has to scrape it.

8. Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A PUBLISHED FIGURE IS CURRENT AT THE MOMENT YOU READ IT.

9. Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NEITHER SIDE IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. EACH SIDE'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE PAID US NOTHING — WHICH IS THE CASE FOR EVERYONE, BECAUSE NOTHING HERE IS SOLD — THAT CAP IS ZERO, AND YOUR REMEDY FOR A WRONG FIGURE IS TO HAVE IT CORRECTED.

10. Indemnity

You will hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your content, or your unlawful use of this site.

11. Law and disputes

New York law governs, without its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York County, NY, and both sides waive jury trial. Either side may still seek an injunction where it needs one.

12. Changes

These terms are dated at the top of the page. Material changes are announced by email or a site notice at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the site after that date accepts them.
