Sales Navigator Advanced — verified 12 September 2026

Sales Navigator Advanced pricing

Sales Navigator Advanced costs $159.99 per seat per month, or $1,799.88 for a year prepaid — an effective $149.99 a month, and $40 a month more than Core. It adds no search power. Everything the extra $480 a year buys is a team feature.

The trap on this tier

Prepaying Advanced saves 6%, not 25%

On 1 August 2026 LinkedIn cut the monthly price of Advanced by $20 and left the annual price where it was — in fact it rose. The result is a tier whose prepay discount has almost vanished, while every guide on the internet still quotes Core's.

Twelve months of one seat, Core and Advanced, both billing routes
RouteRelative sizeTwelve-month total
Core, year prepaid25% below paying Core monthly$1,079.88
Core, month to month$119.99 × 12$1,439.88
Advanced, year prepaidonly 6% below paying Advanced monthly$1,799.88
Advanced, month to month$159.99 × 12 — and you can leave any month$1,919.88

Read the bottom two bars together: prepaying Advanced buys you a $120 saving in exchange for a twelve-month commitment LinkedIn will not refund. On Core the same commitment is worth $360. Unless you are certain about the full year, the monthly plan is the better trade on this tier — which is the opposite of the standard advice.

What changed: Advanced fell from $179.99 / month to $159.99 / month on 1 August 2026, in the same pass that took Core up $20. Advanced went DOWN by $20 in the same pass that took Core UP by $20 — which is why a guide that updated one number and inferred the other is wrong in both directions. The annual price rose even as the monthly fell, so the annual discount on Advanced is now only about 6%. Full record on the LinkedIn price change log.

US list prices in USD, excluding tax. LinkedIn bills in local currency in most markets and the converted figure is rarely a straight exchange-rate conversion, so treat this as the US baseline and confirm in your own billing page before committing to an annual term.

What the extra $40 buys

The five features Advanced adds, and when each is worth paying for

Every one of them except Smart Links gets more valuable as more sellers share the same accounts — and is worth close to nothing on a single seat.

FeatureWhat it actually doesWhen it pays for itself
TeamLinkShows you which of your colleagues already knows a prospect, so a cold approach becomes a warm introduction.Scales with the size and age of your team’s combined network. On two seats it surfaces almost nothing; on fifteen seats in one industry it is the most valuable thing on this list.
Smart LinksA trackable wrapper around a deck, case study or page that reports who opened it, which pages they read and for how long — with no gate and no email capture. The clearest yes on the list if you send content at all. It is the only way to get page-level engagement data out of a LinkedIn conversation.
Buyer intent signalsLinkedIn’s own read on which of your saved accounts are showing buying behaviour across the platform. The one Advanced feature with no substitute anywhere else, because it is derived from data only LinkedIn holds. Worth the tier on its own for account-based teams.
Shared lists and team collaborationLead and account lists that belong to the team rather than to one seat, with notes and activity visible across it.Worth nothing on one seat, essential the moment two sellers work the same accounts and start duplicating outreach.
CRM activity writebackInMails, notes and saved-lead activity flow back into Salesforce or Dynamics instead of staying inside Sales Navigator. The difference between a CRM that reflects reality and one that shows a silent account which is in fact in active conversation.

What Advanced does not add: search filters, search depth, the 2,500-result cap, saved lead ceilings or InMail credits. All five are identical to Core. If one of those is your constraint, the tier is not the fix — see Sales Navigator limits.

The size test

At what team size does Advanced start paying for itself?

There is no universal number, but there is a usable rule: Advanced earns its $480 per seat per year when sellers start colliding.

1 seat — no

TeamLink through a network of one returns nothing, shared lists have nobody to share with, and writeback matters only if a CRM is the team's system of record. Core, every time.

2–4 seats — usually not, unless you send content

Smart Links alone can justify it for a founder-led motion. TeamLink needs more networks than this to surface paths worth acting on.

5–15 seats — usually yes

This is where duplicate outreach to the same account starts costing more than $40 a seat a month, and where TeamLink has enough network behind it to find real paths.

15+ seats — yes, and ask about Advanced Plus

At this size LinkedIn will negotiate, and CRM data validation starts to matter. See Sales Navigator Advanced Plus.

Per-seat totals at each of those sizes are on Sales Navigator team pricing.

Sales Navigator Advanced FAQ

The questions people ask about this tier

How much does Sales Navigator Advanced cost?

$159.99 per seat per month, or $1,799.88 for twelve months prepaid — an effective $149.99 a month. That is $40 a month more than Core, or $480 a year per seat. US list prices excluding tax, last read on 12 September 2026.

Is the annual plan worth it on Sales Navigator Advanced?

Much less than on Core. Prepaying Advanced saves $120 over twelve months — about 6% — against 25% on Core. LinkedIn cut the monthly price of Advanced on 1 August 2026 without cutting the annual price, so the prepay discount on this tier has nearly disappeared. A twelve-month no-refund commitment for 6% is a materially worse trade than the same commitment on Core.

What does Sales Navigator Advanced add over Core?

Five things: TeamLink warm-intro paths, Smart Links with engagement tracking, buyer intent signals, shared team lists, and CRM activity writeback. It adds no search power — the lead and account search, the filters, the 2,500-result cap and the 50 InMail credits are identical to Core.

Is Sales Navigator Advanced worth it?

It depends entirely on team size, not on budget. Every feature it adds except Smart Links gets more valuable as more sellers share the same accounts, and worth roughly nothing on one seat. For a solo seller, $480 a year buys warm-intro paths through a network of one. For six sellers in one territory, it is usually the cheaper tier once you count duplicated outreach.

Does Sales Navigator Advanced include more InMail credits?

No. 50 a month, the same as Core and the same as Advanced Plus. The InMail allowance does not scale with the tier on any Sales Navigator plan — if credits are your constraint, moving up a tier will not fix it.

What is the difference between Advanced and Advanced Plus?

Advanced Plus adds real-time CRM data validation, contact enrichment and TeamLink Extend, and is sold only through a LinkedIn representative on an annual contract with no published price. Advanced is self-serve and the price is on this page.

Where to next

On this tier, the billing choice is the close call

$120 off for committing twelve months with no refund is a thinner discount than it looks. Price your seat count both ways before you take it.
