Privacy notice
In force since Revised Applies to www.linkediz.com
Linkediz Inc. ("Linkediz", "we") publishes a reference to what LinkedIn charges and what each paid plan allows, an open dataset of those prices, and a set of free AI resources. Until September 2026 it also supplied LinkedIn subscription seats; that service was withdrawn, and the data it involved is covered by the retention section below. This notice covers the data those activities involve and nothing else. It is written to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. What we hold
1.1 If you only read the reference
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL, timestamp.
- One entry in your browser's sessionStorage recording the first page of your visit, the site that sent you and any campaign parameters in the link. It is first-party, it is deleted when you close the tab, and it is read only if you submit a form on this site — at which point it travels with your enquiry so we know which page you were reading when you wrote.
- If you accept analytics, a second copy of that same entry is written to your browser's localStorage, where it survives the tab closing. It records the first visit rather than the latest one, so an enquiry sent weeks later still shows the page that originally brought you here. It holds no identifier, it is never written if you decline, and clearing your site data removes it.
- One analytics cookie, and only if you accept it. Analytics storage is denied by default, before any script on the page runs, and stays denied until you press Accept on the bar at the foot of the page. Until then Google Analytics receives a cookieless ping — how many people opened a page, with no identifier stored. If you accept, it sets its own cookies and can tell that two page views belong to one visit. Your answer is kept in your browser's localStorage so you are not asked again, and you can change it by clearing that storage.
- No advertising, ever. Ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are denied at all times, and accepting analytics does not switch them on. There is no advertising or session-recording script on any page of this site, we run no cross-site tracking and we build no advertising profiles.
No account is needed to read anything on this site, and nothing on the reference pages is gated behind a form.
1.2 If you ask us a question or report a correction
- What you put in the contact form: your email address and phone number, which are both required, together with the channel you asked to be contacted on — Telegram, WhatsApp, a call or email — and optionally a handle for it, your name, company, the plan and seat count you asked about, and your note.
- Whether you ticked the box asking to be emailed when LinkedIn changes its prices. It is recorded separately from everything else here, and it is unticked by default.
- With it, the attribution entry described in 1.1, the page you submitted from and the country your request came from, so we can tell which pages answer real questions.
- Or, if you write to us directly, the message and the address you sent it from.
- Anything you choose to put in it. Please do not send billing screenshots that contain other people's personal data — the plan name and the figure are enough.
1.3 If you give an address for a pack in the AI toolkit
- Your email address, which pack it was for, and whether you ticked the marketing box. Where the pack is a download, the ungated link sits directly under the form, so the address is genuinely optional — the file is the same without it. Where it is a waitlist, the address is what the waitlist is made of.
1.4 If you ask to hear about price changes
- Your email address, and the fact and date of your consent, so that we can show when and how it was given if you ever ask.
That is a separate purpose from answering your enquiry, so it has its own tick box and its own lawful basis, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your enquiry being answered. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
1.5 If you ordered a seat before September 2026
Until September 2026 this site also sold LinkedIn subscription seats, and held the billing details that came with an order. It no longer sells anything, so there is no order flow, no payment processor and no new billing data. What was collected then is kept only for the tax and accounting periods set out in section 5, and is deleted after them.
2. Why we hold it
- To answer your question or correct a page (legitimate interest).
- To send you the pack you asked for, or to tell you when a waitlisted one exists (performing the request you made).
- To email you when LinkedIn changes its prices — only if you ticked the box asking for it (consent). Nothing else we do relies on that consent, and withdrawing it does not affect anything else.
- To prevent automated abuse of the contact form (legitimate interest).
- To see which reference pages are read and which ones lead to an enquiry, so we know which are worth maintaining. Page-level measurement runs in Google Analytics: aggregate and cookieless until you accept (legitimate interest), and with a cookie that links your page views into one visit if you do (consent). The page attached to an enquiry you chose to send us is recorded either way.
- To meet tax, accounting and lawful-request obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising. There are no affiliate or referral trackers on the price pages. If you did not tick the consent box, your details are used to answer you and for nothing else — you will not be added to a list, put into a sequence, or contacted about anything you did not ask about.
3. Who else sees it
- Processors: hosting, the database that stores enquiries and email delivery — each under a data-processing agreement, each limited to what the task needs. Where we forward an enquiry into our own CRM, or raise it in the messaging app the team is alerted in, those providers are among them. There is no payment processor, because there is nothing to pay for.
- Google Analytics: the addresses of the pages you opened, which calculators, downloads and outbound links you used, what you typed into the prompt-library and plan search boxes, which prompts and packs you opened and what you chose in the prompt builder — as a cookieless ping before you decide, and with its own cookies once you accept. Google also receives your IP address, from which it derives an approximate location, and your device and browser. It is never sent your name, email address or phone number.
- Authorities: only on valid legal process.
- A successor: if the company is merged or sold, with notice and the chance to object where the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside your country
Where data moves outside your jurisdiction we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or an equivalent mechanism. Ask info@linkediz.com for a copy of the safeguards that apply to you.
5. How long
- Server logs: 90 days.
- Questions, corrections and pack requests: 24 months, then deleted.
- Order and billing records from the seat service that closed in September 2026: the retention period tax law imposes on us, then deleted. Nothing is being added to them.
- Analytics events: held in Google Analytics under that property's own retention setting, and never linked there to a name or an email address.
- The sessionStorage attribution entry: until you close the tab. The localStorage copy, if you accepted analytics: until you clear your site data. Where either was attached to an enquiry, it is kept for as long as that enquiry is (24 months).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- erase it, where no retention duty applies;
- restrict or object to a particular use;
- export it in a portable format;
- withdraw a consent you gave;
- complain to your supervisory authority.
Email info@linkediz.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We answer within 30 days, and we do not charge for it.
7. Security
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, regular backups and a written incident procedure. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
8. Children
This is a business reference. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this notice
Changes are dated at the top of this page in the same way a price change is dated on a price page. Material changes are announced by email or a site notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

Scope note. This notice covers linkediz.com only. Renting or buying a LinkedIn account is handled by other companies in the group, on their own sites and under their own notices; the verification and payout data that goes with that work is not collected here and never reaches this domain.
