Reach candidates without paying for LinkedIn Recruiter
Sales Navigator search and InMail on a sourcing profile — most of what a small team uses Recruiter Lite for, at a fraction of the seat price.

Founders and small in-house teams hiring a few roles a quarter.
Why it does not happen on its ownRecruiter Lite is priced for people who recruit full-time. A team hiring three engineers a quarter pays for search and InMail it uses for a few weeks.
- Sales Navigator for candidate search and InMail
- Boolean strings for each role
- A candidate-research brief and an outreach message per role
Ready profiles, as LinkedIn shows them
Profiles from our pool, shown with their owners' consent. Verified, with their connections and location as they are. Banner and employer are left blank here: after delivery they are set to your company.
Run it yourself, or have us run it
Billed monthly, stop at the end of any month. Each price includes the setup work: assembly, prompts and support. With an operator, a person from our team does the daily work for you.
On your own account
$50 a month
- Sales Navigator seat$35
- Setup, prompts and support$15
Candidates see the hiring manager or founder writing, which raises the reply rate.
LinkedIn charges $119.99 a month for Sales Navigator Core alone. This route, with the setup work included: $50 a month.
On a ready profile
$200 a month

We run it for you
$490 a month

- Sales Navigator seat$35
- Setup, prompts and support$45

What the operator does:
- Builds the Boolean search for each role

- Hands you every candidate who wants to talk
Capacity inside LinkedIn's limits
A setup buys capacity, not a guaranteed number of meetings or hires. These are LinkedIn's own limits for what the setup includes; see all limits by plan.
| What | How much | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Search | 2,500 results per search, 10,000 saved leads | Sales Navigator’s lead and account filters, with saved searches and alerts. |
| InMail credits | 50 a month | Reaches people you are not connected to. A credit returns when the recipient replies within 90 days. |
| Connection invitations | ~100 per week per profile | LinkedIn’s ceiling on every plan. More capacity means more profiles, not a higher plan. |
The working part, yours the moment you order
Each prompt is written for this kind of work and runs in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
Boolean Search Generator
A copy-paste Boolean string built from real title variants, with the exclusions that remove the usual pollution.
Candidate Research & Shortlist
A ranked shortlist with evidence per requirement, the gaps named, and a screening question per candidate.
Recruiter Outreach
A subject line and message aimed at one candidate, with the details that decide whether a passive candidate replies included rather than withheld.
Message a Recruiter or Hiring Manager
Three messages — to the hiring manager, to the recruiter, and to a potential referrer — each under the connection note limit where it needs to be.
Follow-up Sequence Builder
A three-to-four touch sequence with dates, channels, a stop rule, and a capacity check against what your plan can actually send.
- Build the Boolean string for the role and run it in Sales Navigator with location and seniority filters.
- Research the top 30 candidates and write each one a message naming the stack, the team and the salary range.
- Use InMail for candidates outside your network and invitations for the rest.
- Follow up once after five days.
Sales Navigator has no applicant tracking and no hiring projects. For a few roles that does not matter; for a team running dozens of searches, Recruiter earns its price.
- Each profile belongs to a real person who verified their identity with a government ID. The verification country is Ukraine, and LinkedIn shows it in the profile’s “About this profile” panel.
- You can change the headline, about section, experience and the location shown on the profile. The name and photo stay as they are: changing them breaks the identity verification and gets the profile restricted.
- Every profile comes with its own dedicated proxy and an antidetect browser profile, or with login, cookies and proxy details if you run your own tools. Use only the proxy that comes with it.
- If LinkedIn restricts a profile, we send it for re-verification, which usually takes 5–7 days. If it cannot be restored, we replace it.
- Using a profile that belongs to someone else is against LinkedIn’s User Agreement. The risk of a restriction is real and is the reason the replacement policy exists.
- Works Monday to Friday in your business hours, always inside LinkedIn’s limits.
- Works only from a brief you approve: who to contact, what to say and what to hand back.
- Hands you every interested reply with a summary of the conversation; you or your team take the call.
- Sends a weekly report: what was sent, what came back and what is booked.
- Sales Navigator and Premium are activated on your own profile with a link sent to the email your LinkedIn account uses, within one business day.
- The seat sits on our team contract. If you stop paying, it is reassigned; your profile and network are not touched. Export any lead lists you want to keep before you stop.
- Everything you send goes out under your own name, so the conversations and the risk of a restriction both stay with your account.

Is Sales Navigator really enough for hiring?
For sourcing and first contact, yes: it has the search filters and the InMail. What it lacks is the recruiting workflow — pipelines, tracking, team sharing.
Within 24 hours of payment. Payment: USDT, BTC or bank transfer. Billed monthly; stop at the end of any month.
