Sales Navigator Advanced Plus pricing

LinkedIn publishes no price for Advanced Plus. It is sold by seat block on an annual contract and quoted by a representative. We are not going to invent a figure — instead, this page gives you the floor any quote has to sit above, what the tier actually adds, and what to have ready before the call.

The honest answer first

Why this page has no price on it

LinkedIn genuinely does not publish one

Not on the compare-plans page, not in the help centre, not in the purchase flow. Every tier with a published price is on Sales Navigator pricing; this one is not among them.

The circulating figures disagree by 2×

Guides quoting Advanced Plus cite numbers that are not consistent with each other and cite no source. Rounded figures that disagree are not a price.

There is no single number to publish

It is priced per seat block, per term, and often bundled with other LinkedIn contracts. Two companies buying the same seat count pay differently.

What we can give you is the floor

Advanced Plus is a superset of Advanced, sold annually. So $1,799.88 per seat per year is the number below which a quote would make no commercial sense. Build the case from there.

Two plans — Sales Navigator Advanced Plus and Recruiter Corporate — carry no published list price. LinkedIn quotes them per seat block through a representative. This site marks them quote-only rather than printing a number it cannot source.

What the tier adds

Four capabilities, and who each one is actually for

Note what is not on this list: search power and InMail credits. Advanced Plus gets the same 50 credits a month as Core.

CapabilityWhat it doesWho buys it for this
Real-time CRM data validationSales Navigator continuously flags CRM records whose contact has changed job, title or company, against LinkedIn’s own profile data.Teams whose CRM is old enough that a meaningful share of contacts have moved on. This is the feature most Advanced Plus contracts are actually bought for.
Contact enrichment / data write-backMissing CRM fields are populated from LinkedIn profile data rather than by an SDR retyping them.Operations teams currently paying a separate enrichment vendor. Worth pricing against that vendor’s renewal, not against an Advanced seat.
TeamLink ExtendExtends warm-intro paths beyond the Sales Navigator seats to the whole company’s LinkedIn network, including colleagues without a seat.Large organisations where the relationship you need is likelier to sit in finance or engineering than in sales.
Advanced integrations and adminSingle sign-on, seat provisioning, usage reporting and deeper API access.Anyone administering enough seats that manual provisioning has become somebody’s job.
Before the call

Four numbers to have ready

A LinkedIn quote is shaped by what you tell the representative. These are the four figures that move it, and having them settled beforehand is what stops the first quote becoming the anchor.

1. Your Advanced baseline

Seats × $159.99 × 12 = what you would pay on the self-serve tier. For ten seats that is $19,198.80 a year, or $17,998.80 prepaid. Every Advanced Plus quote is a premium over this number, and you should know it before you hear theirs.

2. What you already pay for enrichment

Advanced Plus is most often replacing a data vendor rather than a Sales Navigator tier. If it displaces that renewal, that spend belongs in the comparison.

3. Your real seat count, including the dormant ones

Seat blocks are the unit of pricing. Knowing how many seats went unused last year is the strongest lever you have, and LinkedIn can see the usage data too.

4. Your renewal date

Enterprise quotes move at quarter and year end. A contract that can wait a quarter is a contract with leverage.

The reality check

Most people asking this question want Advanced

Advanced Plus is bought by sales operations to fix CRM data. It is not a better tool for selling — Advanced already has every selling feature, and the search is identical across all three tiers.

You want better search

No tier gives it. The filters and the 2,500-result cap are the same on Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus — see Sales Navigator limits.

You want more InMail

50 credits a month on every tier. Advanced Plus does not change it.

You want team features

TeamLink, Smart Links, shared lists and intent signals are all on Advanced at a published $159.99 a seat.

You want your CRM to stop lying to you

This is the one. Real-time validation against LinkedIn profile data is the reason Advanced Plus exists, and there is no self-serve equivalent.

Advanced Plus FAQ

The questions, answered without a made-up number

How much does Sales Navigator Advanced Plus cost?

LinkedIn does not publish a price for Advanced Plus anywhere. It is sold by seat block on an annual contract, quoted by a LinkedIn representative, and the quote varies with seat count, term and what else you buy from LinkedIn. This site does not print a figure for it, because any figure would be a guess — and the guesses circulating in other guides disagree with each other by a factor of two.

Is there a floor on what Advanced Plus can cost?

In practice yes: it sits above Advanced, which is $159.99 per seat per month or $1,799.88 per seat prepaid. Advanced Plus is a superset of Advanced sold on an annual contract, so a per-seat quote below $149.99 a month would be LinkedIn selling its best tier below its self-serve one. Use $1,799.88 per seat per year as the floor when you build the business case, and treat anything you are told above that as the negotiable part.

Why does LinkedIn not publish an Advanced Plus price?

Because the price is not a single number. Advanced Plus is sold with a seat minimum, an annual term, and often alongside other LinkedIn contracts, and LinkedIn prices the bundle rather than the seat. That is normal for enterprise software — what is not normal is the number of pricing guides that print a confident figure anyway.

What is the minimum seat count for Advanced Plus?

LinkedIn does not publish one, and it is not fixed. It is sold in seat blocks rather than single seats, and in practice the conversation starts around the size at which a company has a sales operations function. If you are buying fewer than ten seats, Advanced is almost certainly the product you want.

What does Advanced Plus add over Advanced?

Real-time CRM data validation, contact enrichment, TeamLink Extend, and enterprise administration — SSO, provisioning and deeper API access. It adds no search power and no extra InMail credits: 50 a month, the same as Core and Advanced.

Should I ask for an Advanced Plus quote?

Only if CRM data quality is a named problem you can put a cost against. The tier is bought by operations teams, not by sellers. If your reason is that you want a better Sales Navigator, Advanced already has the search and the selling features, and the quote will not change that.

Where to next

Know your Advanced baseline before the quote call

Advanced Plus is a premium over $1,799.88 per seat per year. Work out what your seat count costs on the published tier first — it is the only number in the conversation you control.
