Get a shortlist of interested candidates every week
An operator sources and messages candidates for your roles and hands you only the people who want to talk.

Companies hiring without a recruiter on staff, and hiring managers whose recruiter has too many roles.
Why it does not happen on its ownSourcing is the part of hiring that eats the week: building searches, reading profiles, writing messages, following up. It is also the part that needs no decision from the hiring manager.
- A sourcing profile with 200+ connections and Sales Navigator
- An operator who sources and messages candidates for your roles
- A weekly shortlist of interested candidates with a note on each
Ready profiles, as LinkedIn shows them
Profiles from our pool, shown with their owners' consent. Verified, with their connections and location as they are. Banner and employer are left blank here: after delivery they are set to your company.
Run for you, every working day
Billed monthly, stop at the end of any month. Each price includes the setup work: assembly, prompts and support. With an operator, a person from our team does the daily work for you.
We run it for you
$490 a month
- Ready profile, 200+ connections$120
- Sales Navigator seat$35
- Setup, prompts and support$45
- Operator from our team$290
What the operator does:
- Builds the Boolean search for each role
- Researches candidates and writes each message
- Follows up and answers candidate questions from your brief
- Delivers the weekly shortlist with a note on each candidate
Capacity inside LinkedIn's limits
A setup buys capacity, not a guaranteed number of meetings or hires. These are LinkedIn's own limits for what the setup includes; see all limits by plan.
| What | How much | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Search | 2,500 results per search, 10,000 saved leads | Sales Navigator’s lead and account filters, with saved searches and alerts. |
| InMail credits | 50 a month | Reaches people you are not connected to. A credit returns when the recipient replies within 90 days. |
| Connection invitations | ~100 per week per profile | LinkedIn’s ceiling on every plan. More capacity means more profiles, not a higher plan. |
The working part, yours the moment you order
Each prompt is written for this kind of work and runs in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
Boolean Search Generator
A copy-paste Boolean string built from real title variants, with the exclusions that remove the usual pollution.
Candidate Research & Shortlist
A ranked shortlist with evidence per requirement, the gaps named, and a screening question per candidate.
Recruiter Outreach
A subject line and message aimed at one candidate, with the details that decide whether a passive candidate replies included rather than withheld.
Message a Recruiter or Hiring Manager
Three messages — to the hiring manager, to the recruiter, and to a potential referrer — each under the connection note limit where it needs to be.
- Brief the operator on each role: must-haves, salary range, deal-breakers.
- The operator builds the search, researches candidates and writes to them.
- Every week you get the shortlist; you take the interviews.
A shortlist is people who want to talk, not people who have been assessed. The interview is still yours.
- Each profile belongs to a real person who verified their identity with a government ID. The verification country is Ukraine, and LinkedIn shows it in the profile’s “About this profile” panel.
- You can change the headline, about section, experience and the location shown on the profile. The name and photo stay as they are: changing them breaks the identity verification and gets the profile restricted.
- Every profile comes with its own dedicated proxy and an antidetect browser profile, or with login, cookies and proxy details if you run your own tools. Use only the proxy that comes with it.
- If LinkedIn restricts a profile, we send it for re-verification, which usually takes 5–7 days. If it cannot be restored, we replace it.
- Using a profile that belongs to someone else is against LinkedIn’s User Agreement. The risk of a restriction is real and is the reason the replacement policy exists.
- Works Monday to Friday in your business hours, always inside LinkedIn’s limits.
- Works only from a brief you approve: who to contact, what to say and what to hand back.
- Hands you every interested reply with a summary of the conversation; you or your team take the call.
- Sends a weekly report: what was sent, what came back and what is booked.
