LinkedIn recruiting AI tools — and which read a Recruiter seat
7 of the 10 tools here document Recruiter or Recruiter Lite support, and none of them is filed under recruiting first. Every one is a sales tool with a recruiting feature, which is the honest description of this market. 8 of them send under your name, 2 read a page you opened, and the Recruiter support is usually an import route — a search or a project list pulled in — rather than an integration LinkedIn recognises. Where a vendor gates it, it gates it above the entry tier.

Will this work with my Recruiter seat?
Tools that read a Recruiter or Recruiter Lite seat, or run candidate outreach off one. None of them is an ATS.
In-house recruiters and agency sourcers who already hold a Recruiter or Recruiter Lite seat and want to know what will read it.
Whether the tool reads the seat or replaces the sourcing. The extensions overlay a Recruiter or Recruiter Lite page and reveal contact data; the automation tools import a search and then send under your name. Those are different purchases with different exposures, and several vendors sell both behaviours under one price.
A Recruiter seat is the most expensive thing in this comparison and the only part of it LinkedIn supports. Automating outreach off the back of it puts the seat’s account in the same position as any other — restricted by the same policy, with the same lack of recourse, against a subscription that cost considerably more.
All 10 are products from another category with a feature that lands here. There is no vendor in this research whose main business is this, which is worth knowing before comparing them on it.
All 10 here are filed under another category first
Each card sits on the page of the category its vendor sells into first, so none of them is here. The table is the whole list for this heading, and every row links to the card.
| Tool | Filed under | Route and exposure | Cheapest published tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cognism | LinkedIn Lead Generation AI | Chrome extension — exposure medium | Quote only |
| Kaspr | LinkedIn Lead Generation AI | Chrome extension — exposure medium | €45 / £39 / $49 month, per user |
| Octopus CRM | LinkedIn Automation AI | Chrome extension — exposure high | $9.99 per month, billed monthly |
| Waalaxy | LinkedIn Automation AI | Chrome extension — exposure high | €19 per user / month |
| Linked Helper 2 | LinkedIn Automation AI | Desktop app — exposure high | $15 1 month, per licence |
| Dripify | LinkedIn Automation AI | Vendor cloud — exposure high | $59 per user, per month (monthly billing) |
| Dux-Soup | LinkedIn Automation AI | Vendor cloud — exposure high | $14.99 monthly, or $11.25/month billed annually per month |
| SalesRobot | LinkedIn Automation AI | Vendor cloud — exposure high | $39 per LinkedIn account / month, billed annually ($59 month-to-month) |
| Skylead | LinkedIn Outreach AI | Vendor cloud — exposure high | $100 per seat / month |
| We-Connect | LinkedIn Automation AI | Vendor cloud — exposure high | $49 per seat / month, billed annually ($588/year) |
Every figure above is the cheapest paid tier the vendor published on 20 September 2026, in the currency and on the meter the vendor printed it — per seat, per LinkedIn account, per identity and per licence all appear, so two figures are rarely comparable without the unit beside them. A free tier is not shown as a price. Nothing here recommends automating a LinkedIn account, and no entry treats a vendor’s assurance about pacing as a statement of LinkedIn’s policy. Where a tool’s own architecture breaches the User Agreement, the entry says so rather than working around it.
4 of the 10, on the rows that decide it
Two that read a Recruiter page and two that send off one. The Recruiter row is the one to read first; the exposure row is the one that follows from it.

No column is marked as the pick, because the rows that matter most are not the ones a ranking would score. Sales Navigator, Recruiter and MCP cells read Supported where the vendor documents it on its own pages, Partial where it is bounded by a tier, a beta or a waitlist, Not supported where it was looked for and absent, and Not established where the vendor neither states it nor rules it out. That last one is not a no.
The situation decides this, and there are only a few situations
Each of these is a real shape of work rather than a persona. Find yours and the shortlist is two or three rather than 10.
Kaspr publishes the clearest answer: Recruiter Lite support is on its Business tier, not on its cheapest paid plan, and its free tier is an evaluation allowance. Cognism, its parent, documents Recruiter support on a quote with a five-seat floor. LinkedIn prices Recruiter Lite itself at $170 a month, verified 10 September 2026.
Dux-Soup, We-Connect, SalesRobot, Waalaxy and Linked Helper 2 all document Recruiter support and all send under your name. That is the same exposure a sales team takes, applied to an account you may not personally own. Read what the employer has agreed to before the pricing page: the account is the member’s under LinkedIn’s terms and cannot be shared.
None of these is one, and none of them claims to be. They find, reveal and send; the pipeline, the scorecards and the compliance record live somewhere else. If the requirement is a hiring system rather than a sourcing tool, nothing in this directory answers it.
LinkedIn ships its own recruiting AI, and it sits behind a plan it quotes rather than prices, with Hiring Assistant as an add-on on top that carries no published figure at any level. Recruiter Lite carries none of it. That comparison is priced and dated separately on this site.
Every route has a ceiling, and it belongs to the route rather than the tool
The table is the hard part: whatever a vendor in this category ships next, these limits do not move, because they are properties of how the software reaches LinkedIn at all.
InMail allowances, the invitation ceiling and the search caps belong to the account and the plan. A tool that sequences candidate outreach spends those allowances faster; it does not add to them.
LinkedIn runs partner programmes for ATS and hiring products, and nothing in this category is documented as being in one. Recruiter support here means the tool can read a page or import a list, which is a description of the tool rather than a permission from LinkedIn.
| Route | Tools here | What the route cannot do, however good the tool is |
|---|---|---|
| Chrome extension | 4 | It reaches whatever the page in front of you shows, and nothing while the browser is closed. LinkedIn’s Prohibited Software and Extensions policy names extensions that automate the site, and enforcement lands on the member account. |
| Desktop app | 1 | The same reach as the extension class and the same clause against it, with one real difference: the session stays on your machine rather than in a vendor’s datacentre. The computer has to be awake for anything to run, and moving it to a rented server to fix that puts the traffic back on a datacentre IP. |
| Vendor cloud | 5 | The widest reach of any class and the highest exposure. It runs without you, the credential sits with somebody else, and every action is attributable to your account — which is also the thing LinkedIn can restrict. |
Section 8.2 bars developing, supporting or using software that scrapes LinkedIn or copies profiles and data, and bars bots and other automated methods of access. It does not distinguish between a slow tool and a fast one, and it carves out nothing for well-paced automation.
The Prohibited Software and Extensions policy names browser extensions and third-party automation services and states that LinkedIn may restrict or permanently restrict accounts that use them. The vendor keeps its subscription revenue either way.
Read from LinkedIn's own legal and help pages, quoted in substance rather than verbatim because LinkedIn edits them without announcement. The ceilings that apply to you as a member — invitations a week, InMail allowances, the search cap — are separate, apply whether or not a tool is involved, and are on the LinkedIn limits page.
The questions people arrive with, answered from the vendors' own pages
Which AI tools work with LinkedIn Recruiter?
7 of the 10 filed here document Recruiter or Recruiter Lite support on their own pages, and all 10 document Sales Navigator. The support divides cleanly: the extensions overlay a Recruiter page to reveal contact data, and the automation tools import a Recruiter search and send from it. Two vendors place Recruiter support on their top tier only, so the feature comparison and the price comparison are not the same comparison.
Is there an AI recruiting tool that works with Recruiter Lite?
Yes, and the gating matters. Kaspr states that LinkedIn Recruiter Lite support is a Business-tier feature, so the entry paid plan does not include it. Octopus CRM’s pricing table places Recruiter compatibility on its top tier while its homepage prose claims compatibility across all LinkedIn account types — the table and the prose disagree, and this registry publishes the table. Recruiter Lite from LinkedIn is $170 a month.
Will automating candidate outreach get the Recruiter account restricted?
The policy does not distinguish a Recruiter seat from a free account. The Prohibited Software and Extensions policy names browser extensions and third-party automation services and states that LinkedIn may restrict or permanently restrict accounts that use them. The vendor keeps its subscription revenue either way. 8 of these 10 send under your name, and the account carrying the consequence is the one holding the seat.
What does LinkedIn’s own recruiting AI cost?
LinkedIn does not publish a figure. Its built-in Recruiter AI features sit on a plan sold through a representative with no list price, and Hiring Assistant is an add-on on top of that with no published price at any level — its product page answers the question with a form. What LinkedIn does publish is the credit allowance per licence, and this site lists those tiers with the source.
Are any of these an applicant tracking system?
No. Every tool in this category is a sourcing or outreach product with a recruiting feature, and none of them tracks an application, holds a scorecard or keeps a hiring record. Buying one of these to replace an ATS leaves the part of the process that has to be defensible with no system behind it.
Price the seat and the tool together
10 tools in this category, 8 of them acting under your name and 0 putting no LinkedIn account behind them at all. Every figure printed above was read from the vendor's own page on 20 September 2026, and the 1 that publish no readable price say so instead.
